Sixth All Member Meeting of the AAA Advisors in Kloster Seeon

Sixth All Member Meeting of AAA Advisors in Kloster Seeon

For a community of advisors like AAA-Advisors, the personal contact and the discussions alongside the agenda are essential for building and developing a platform based exclusively on freelance advisors, even if they meet in monthly videoconferences with a tight agenda.

Finally again! That was then also the unanimous echo of the participants at the 6th "in person" All Members Conference of AAA-Advisors. And joint dinners, business lunches, and conference breaks again offered everyone the opportunity to refresh individual contacts or establish new ones - beyond the agenda, undoubtedly an important, if not the most important goal of such a conference.

As our membership grows, so do the demands on our conference hotel. This time, Bavaria was chosen as the region, and this year's conference hotel, Kloster Seeon, came highly recommended: so we would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel team!

While the first day focused on topics such as marketing, we were able to welcome four of our 13 Business Alliance Partners as guests on the second day. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our partners: they made a decisive contribution to the success of the conference. Our consultants were able to exchange ideas and agree on concrete steps in small groups with @enable2grow, @Conneum8, @Breitengrad and @PWC about joint service offerings and deeper collaboration.

An excellent keynote by Martin Jetter on the challenges posed to companies, employees and investors by climate change, the geopolitical situation and the changing world of work entitled "From Shareholder to Stakeholder Capitalism" was the highlight to close two days of the conference. Everyone was able to get to know new and existing members and their consulting portfolio in depth and to assess the "personal fit" for collaboration.

All participants and our guests were able to take away with them: many new insights, possibly a redefinition of their own priorities in consulting, new motivating opportunities in the cooperation with each other and with our Business Alliance partners.

Conclusion: It was worthwhile for everyone to be there - in the output especially for our clients, because we work for them!
