Welcome Johannes Heger, to the network of AAA Advisors!

A crisis-hardened family entrepreneur strengthens our network

We are very pleased to welcome Johannes Heger to our rows as a new member from the family owned and managed companies.

In the 4th #generation, Johannes Heger has taken on the responsibility of leading the family business (foundry industry, HegerFerrit) through crises and setting out on the next chapter of the company's development with new structures. As a shareholder and senior entrepreneur, he continues to be involved with the company.

Johannes Heger is also actively engaged in the business community on a voluntary basis, currently as President of the LVU Rhineland-Palatinate (Rhineland-Palatinate Federation of Employers' Associations) and on the Executive Council of the BDA (Confederation of German Employers' Associations).

Johannes Heger is one of the movers and shakers in the company as well as in his voluntary work, working together with entrepreneurs, social partners and politicians to find solutions to the enormous challenges of industrial transformation in times when climate neutrality, skills shortages and technology shifts are fueling "VUCA" in rapid sequence.

Against this background, his motto "Responsibility. Awakening. Movement" is self-explanatory.

Undoubtedly an enrichment for our Advisor network, and therefore a loud
Johannes, welcome to our network!
