Ulrich Wallenhorst is now a member of the board of ArMID 

We are pleased to announce the election of our member Ulrich Wallenhorst to the board of ArMiD (ArMiD News).

ArMiD - a registered non-profit organisation - stands for "Aufsichtsräte Mittelstand in Deutschland" and is an association for supervisory and advisory boards of German SME companies, both listed and unlisted.

ArMiD sees itself as a platform for dialog with the aim of supporting mandate holders as practitioners by practitioners. The focus of the work and exchange is on good corporate governance and a culture of mandate holders, with a particular focus on the needs and capabilities of SMEs.

Ulrich Wallenhorst is involved in many areas, including our AAA-Advisors network, ArMiD e.V., the DDB German Digital Advisory Board, several supervisory and advisory boards and, last but not least, his own company WaVe.

We at AAA-Advisors congratulate Ulrich Wallenhorst on his election and wish him all the best on the ArMiD e.V. board.
