Willi Ewers

Already more than 50 years I was able to gain extensive experience in the automotive and supplier industry worldwide - so 25 years in Germany, 20 in México, the rest in USA and Canada as well as in shorter assignments in other regions. 40+ years of management positions characterize my career path, from department manager of an OEM press plant to Vice President Latin America of a major supplier. On several occasions - such as in México - it was particularly challenging to set up new plants, from site search to plant management after start-up. Multicultural cooperation with a sensitive touch is indispensable in all areas, such as personnel training and development, supply chain development, participation in industry associations and, last but not least, cooperation with authorities and trade unions in order to remove obstacles.

My international experience and my multicultural competence give my clients the special confidence that I am able to solve manifold problems and challenges independently in a reasonable short time even 'far away from home' (headquarters).
