Kurt Schäfer has over 30 years of leadership experience in the financial and capital markets. He headed the treasury department of Daimler AG and served on the Supervisory Board of Mercedes-Benz Bank AG and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Daimler Pensionsfonds AG. His responsibilities extended beyond financial risk management, including optimizing cash flow management and fostering a sustainable cash flow culture across the corporation. He also led and developed a globally operating, international team. Currently, Kurt Schäfer serves as a member of Kyriba’s Customer Advisory Board and operates as an independent advisor.
