As an operational manager with over 30 years of management experience, I am a specialist in the management of medium-sized, manufacturing family businesses.
For more than 25 years, I have worked as a managing director in companies in the wood- and metal-processing industry. My focus has always been on corporate strategy and planning as well as their implementation. In addition, I have been particularly involved in procurement optimization and the effective staffing of management positions as well as in the planning and implementation of strategic investments.
I was active as chairman and member of supervisory boards in the education and consortium sector.
