Dr. Hans Bohnen
Dr Hans Bohnen has 28 years of professional experience in senior management positions. Among others, he was COO, Senior Vice President and Director for Excellence in the chemical and manufacturing industry. For more than 12 years he was a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Clariant, and for 3 years he was a member of the Executive Board of the consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Dr. Bohnen has repeatedly taken on global responsibility for P&L, strategy implementation, ESG implementation and the necessary mobilisation of organisations. He thus offers a holistic repertoire for consulting and coaching management and board organisations.
Expertise
I want to help my clients in the development and validation of their strategies and their operational implementation. In doing so, I provide a neutral assessment of the mobilization level of the implementing organization and make suggestions on how this can be increased via Functional Excellence. This includes an assessment of whether and how ESG initiatives have been incorporated into a strategy. A consultation of the existing portfolio and the resulting M&A opportunities including support in vendor&buyer due diligence complete my support.
