Dr. Florian Kirschner
Ready for new perspectives? Dr. Florian Kirschner spent more than 33 years in operational management positions at major companies in the chemical industry. He worked in various countries outside Europe for 27 years. This global experience characterizes him as a “world citizen” who has always been able to adopt or develop new perspectives. Thise has enabled him to contribute significantly in international and intercultural management tasks, e.g. in the preparation and implementation of projects for international expansion, especially for medium-sized and smaller companies.
Expertise
For more than three decades, Dr. Kirschner managed the operations of medium-sized companies/units - each of which was embedded in a large corporation. His focus has always been, and still is today, on value creation through customer orientation and the inclusion of all stakeholders. He has acquired his expertise in a number of different functions, including general management, plant management and company representation, in markets as diverse as Japan (7 years), Thailand (7+ y), India (4 y), USA (4 y) and Brazil (4+ y).
