For many years Ralph worked as a sales manager. He successfully managed the worldwide used vehicle business of the Mercedes-Benz truck brand. Thanks to his creative and proactive approaches, he managed to introduce numerous innovations, such as the entrepreneurial independence of the TruckStore brand. Thereby, he opened up the business for other brands, international expansion and set standards, so that the customer could rely on the same high quality in service, offer and sales.

Most recently, he was responsible for the Mercedes-Benz used truck business worldwide. He restructured the business unit and sales, implemented an international, distinct and cross-product brand and managed the business unit. In addition, he was a member of the management board of the German Mercedes-Benz Vertriebs GmbH for several years.
