Michael, a seasoned expert in recruitment and executive search, began his career in HR and progressed through roles such as Sales Trainer and Head of HR in Germany before relocating to London in 2008. Over the following 16 years, he built and led the European operations of a global recruitment and executive search firm. While managing large multi-country operations, he remained personally involved in identifying and placing top talent across corporate functions in continental Europe on behalf of clients. He also spearheaded the firm’s expansion into the United States through acquisition.

Now based in the Netherlands, Michael has founded his own boutique executive search firm, focused on aligning candidate profiles with business value creation strategies and ensuring seamless onboarding. His extensive experience spans Europe, the UK, and the US, and he holds a strong belief in the critical importance of linking executive roles to value creation and enabling rapid, impactful starts for new leaders.
