Peter Drucker Society Mannheim: "The five pillars of management action"

Hermann Doppler presents a pragmatic compass at the AAA Advisors Academy Talk

At regular - usually monthly - intervals, AAA Advisors invites members and guests to a Business Talk. This time: Hermann Doppler from the Peter Drucker Society Mannheim with a keynote & discussion on the topic: The 5 pillars of action for prosperity, innovation and competitiveness!

In his very pragmatic view and always keeping in mind that our most important "raw material" are people with skills, these 5 pillars are:

1. deep tech and high tech, goal: technological sovereignty with global competitiveness

2. mid-tech companies (companies, trades, public administration): Goal: driver for productivity, competitiveness and growth

3. strengthen the capital market! Goal: Secure capital for companies, start-ups and future technologies as well as Germany as a financial center

4. education, personality, skills, work: Goal: Enabler for technology is an agile and future-oriented education system - this needs to be renewed

and
5. Politics, social market economy: Goal: Ensure stable framework conditions, support sustainable growth and strengthen the resilience of the economy

Hermann Doppler analyzes the individual pillars in his detailed presentation, which is peppered with numerous supporting charts. He reminds us of the necessary changes as well as the responsibility of all of us to actively demand these necessary steps towards change and to personally support them with our own commitment.

A pragmatic compass for management? Sure, we AAA Advisors advise our clients on a number of aspects of the 5 pillars on an almost daily basis, be it in mandates with a few consultant days or in interim assignments lasting several months. Our knowledge of the necessary change processes is combined with the comprehensive structuring and implementation experience of our members.
